LEARN TO DRAW
The children will learn how to draw basic shapes, shading and highlighting them to turn 2D into 3D. They will learn the basic methods of how to shade in pencil, colored pencil, and as we learn we will even go into cross hatching with pen and ink. As we use these methods we will learn how to view objects and then translate what we see onto paper. Composition will be important to our drawings and will be discussed. We will begin with still life drawings and graduate to animals.
